As bboying moves into the 21st century, a new system of judging has started to emerge- OUR System: Five judges, five categories:
1. Foundation- musicality, footwork, dancing to the music, the 'swagger' and 'confidence'
2. Originality- artistry, creativeness
3. Dynamics- Power, tricks, blow ups, strength and bringing your moves to a higher caliber
4. Execution- how clean your moves are, how well you perform
5. Battle- are you responding to your opponent, is there a conversation going on between the two dancers?
