Dim Mak Tuesday

Dim Mak studios, Tuesday nights.  

Hosted by Steve Aoki who has become world renowned for his Djing, producing, record label, and party throwing, Dim Mak Studios makes for an exciting midweek venue in the city. But first you have to find it.

Corner of Hollywood Blvd and Cosmo,                                      

walk down the street until you come to your first alley on the left. Boom, you found it.

$5 before 11pm if you're on the guestlist and $10 after that. It's 18 and up, so you'll get crowd coming more for the music than anything else. Climbing the tagged up staircase (100 Ninja points if you take a photo of the NN sticker there) you enter in the renovated and revamped cinespace that has become a staple in LA nightlife. 

The bar is right at the top of the stairs and it leads into the main dance floor which is surrounded on all sides by comfortable, built-in sofa lounges. Grab your whiskey on the rocks and take a moment to draw in the ambience before hitting the dance floor. It goes without saying that an event hosted by Dim Mak is going to have good music, and the upgraded sound system does the Dj amazing justice. With a bass so heavy it rocks the movie screens hanging up around the club, it gives the effect that the entire room is shaking.

For the price point, good crowd, amazing music, and LA ambience, Dim Mak Studios on Tuesdays is a must for any Ninja looking for a good time.
